Louis Vuitton Losing It's Tradition With Spring '08 Collection

Louis Vuitton has always been known to be one of the more traditional brands. Seems like these days the fashion house is anything close to what it used to be, especially with Marc Jacobs in the picture.
For the Spring 08 collection Marc wanted to spice things up by adding a lot of color to the traditional LV monogram. We're talking about purple, red, orange, yellow...basically anything but the brown tones were used to seeing.
The 08 collection features bags that replicate the traditional nurse bags used in the 50’s, except it has a lot more edge. No word if Marc was getting a check up by the doctor when he created this collection.
Nevertheless, the bags are cool but if you’re planning on buying any one of them, think again. It might cost you an arm and a leg and it's sad to say that the traditional price tags are long gone.
